Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Head Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen brigade and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. You will deliver efficient, profitable kitchen service while meeting GP targets and health and safety standards, reporting directly to the General Manager/Operations Manager.

The role involves strong leadership, clear communication with guests and staff, and a focus on driving revenue through quality service and waste control.

Formación

• Experience as Sous/Head Chef in fast-paced kitchens.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen and deliver dishes from scratch.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership to the kitchen brigade and maintain high service standards.
• Deliver efficient, profitable kitchen operations that meet GP budgets and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with General Manager/Operations Manager and maintain strong communication with guests and staff.
