Qualifications

• NVQ L2 & L3 or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related work experience, as a Sous Chef.

Responsibilities

• Design menus to ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish for all dishes.
• Ensure associates are serving food in proper portions onto dishes.
• Maintain fluid communication with F&B Front of House managers and associates.
• Ensure quality of food items and notify suppliers if a product does not meet specifications.
• Monitor the status of all kitchen and back of house equipment.
