Overview

Recruiting a strong Executive chef for a 9 month fixed term contract and then to go perm within a fine establishment for conference and catering

Responsibilities

• Must be an Executive Chef who can work on own initiative, taking the lead and responsibility of running the kitchens, developing menu's, making sure health and safety continues at 90% achieved
• Experience working with Safron
• Supporting the food production Manager with leadership skills and experience, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service at all time. Managing the orders and stock.
• Keeping the team motivated in delivering excellence in customer service
• Investigate any concerns and respond with solutions and taking corrective action
• Hold regular meetings with the team making sure all policies and procedures are communicated effectively
