Executive PA - UHNW Entrepreneur

This is an outstanding opportunity to support one of the UK's top entrepreneurs in all aspects of his business life, co-ordinating with his Private PA.

This is a very busy role for someone who has a thriving and demanding large business in the UK within property & hospitality. Looking to open a new business in the USA shortly and needing an experienced and highly organised EA who has worked at Founder level or an international CEO for 5-8 years +

Outstanding diary management, well practiced at planning ahead and making contingencies, always walking ahead of the diary and giving the principal reminders on a daily, weekly and monthly round up basis. A consummate professional (degree preferred) who has ideally worked for a successful international UHNW businessman in the past and understands the commitment and skill a role of this level would take.

Detailed travel management from A-Z in a concierge style manner with itineraries and any documents required. Luxury hotel bookings, arranging meetings and checking all is in order before the Principal arrives both overseas and the UK. Air transport by private jet/helicopter or commercial airline with car service.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with a high command of English. Liaising with lawyers, accountants and professional bodies, representing the Principal when required. Drafting correspondence and emails and taking detailed minutes of meetings and following up meticulously.

Arranging board meetings, prepare briefing papers and liaising with Board Members and colleagues, updating the principal of any changes. Handling various documents and information with the utmost confidentiality.

Oversight of various budgets with regard to projects and expenditure. Research on various projects required.

Excellent tech skills and able to work on the go with a changeable schedule. Out of hours when needed especially when the Principal travels.

Exposure to working with the USA would be a plus point.

You will be dedicated, extremely well dressed and presented with a positive and helpful personality.

Used to offering concierge style support to a seasoned UHNW entrepreneur who is used to having a "wingman" to support him.

The Principal expects the best but is extremely generous and respected in his field.

You will excel at making relationships quickly and gaining trust both inside and outside of the business.
