Permanent Executive Assistant opportunity supporting the CEO of a well‑established international organisation operating across the insurance and technology markets.

  • Hybrid working (23 days per week in the London office)

Key Skills
  • Complex diary, inbox and international travel management
  • Preparing Board‑level materials, reports and presentations
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Senior stakeholder coordination across global markets
Day‑to‑day Duties
  • Provide full EA support to the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, travel and events
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, minutes and follow‑ups
  • Act as the first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Support organisational projects and initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Experience
  • 510 years experience supporting C‑Suite or Executive Committee leaders
  • Experience within a non‑profit, membership body or similar organisation (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally focused environment
