Grade 10: Actual annual salary - £38,220 to £40,777 per annum

37 hours per week, full year (part time would be considered)

As Executive Assistant you will be part of the Trust Central Team, you will play a key role in supporting our eight schools, two Community Centres and Yorkshire Rose Hub, in working hard to raise standards and improve service delivery in all areas. We are an ambitious Trust with great aspirations for our young people and colleagues.

What To Expect

In this role no two days will ever be the same. There will be a wide variety of projects and tasks working closely with key stakeholders across the Trust. Establishing internal and external professional relationships will be a key element in driving the success of this role. Working with us will be fast paced and challenging, rewarding, and exciting and fulfilling.

  • Management and planning of the CEOs diary and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Attending meetings as and when required, noting, and following up on team actions until actions are completed.
  • Anticipating needs, proactively resolving challenges, and delivering to an exceptional high standard.
What Youll Need

Together with your drive and ambition to achieve and deliver the exceptional, the successful candidate will also:

  • Have a good sense of humour with a flexible can do approach.
  • Be able to bring previous experience and success gained in a similar role.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate at all levels.
  • Have an accomplished skill set in the art of prioritising, multitasking and juggling a complex workload.
  • Have the ability to think creatively with a solutions-based approach to problem solving.
