A progressive financial advisory firm in Grantham is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite team. This role involves managing complex schedules, facilitating meetings, and providing executive-level coordination. Ideal candidates will have experience at the C-Suite level, strong organizational skills, and a professional mindset. The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with a blend of onsite and remote work opportunities.
Location: Grantham (Onsite 4 days a week, 1 day working from home once proven competency)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,0000 depending on experience

This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our executive function, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic priorities and enabling our senior leaders to focus on driving business success.
This role will provide administrative support to members of the C‑Suite as well as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, delivering exceptional organisational oversight and executive‑level coordination. You will manage complex schedules, facilitate meetings, and oversee key administrative processes that underpin decision‑making at the highest level. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting C‑Suite and Board‑level engagement, ensuring governance adherence and helping execute strategic initiatives across the business.
As an EA you will be at the heart of supporting our executive operations.
