Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Previous experience in PA or administrative roles required.

  • Provide secretarial support to the Plant Director.
  • Collate data and prepare reports on plant performance.
  • Maintain office systems and manage equipment stock.
  • Assist in booking travel and accommodation for meetings.

Job description

Executive Assistant to Plant Director Doncaster Plant Role description To provide a personal and confidential secretarial and administrative support as required by the plant and to the Plant Director.

Responsibilities
  • Collate statistical information and prepare standard reports on plant performance and efficiencies for Consolidated and Operations Review meetings and Crew briefings. Disseminate information as appropriate
  • Word process minutes of Safety Meetings, Business Review meetings and Crew briefings etc.
  • Provide secretarial support to Operations and Department Managers & in meetings, assist with prioritising the workload
  • Maintain and update filling systems, notice boards, and control and maintain office equipment stock levels
  • Assist with the booking of accommodation/travel/meetings
  • Administration of the sites online MyLearning and training activities of all staff onsite.
  • Co-ordination of the new starter induction programme
  • Engage and lead the sites Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, through people/team & also engagement with charity activities
Required skills / qualifications
  • Good Communication skills and attention to detail
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Experience in minute taking and preparing reports
  • Organised, proactive and customer focused
  • Previous experience in either PA / Administration skills / Training co-ordinator roles
