Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex scheduling and manage the inbox of the General Counsel.
  • Track and manage action items from leadership meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and decks for various meetings.
  • Act as the General Counsel’s first point of contact for internal/external teams.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with leadership offsites and operational events.
  • Process expenses and assist with budget tracking.
