Executive Assistant to Owner

Salary: £45 to £55,000 (DOE) + bonus and excellent perks

Location: London (Hybrid working offered)

We’re working with a highly successful and sociable organisation within the hospitality industry looking for a polished, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to the Founder and wider Board. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently act as a trusted ambassador for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless executive support, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage board meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for VIP clients and key stakeholders – representing the business with confidence and warmth.
  • Oversee key operational elements such as office coordination, company assets, and healthcare administration.
  • Collaborate on internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and project tasks with initiative and precision.
