IG Group is seeking an Interim Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and Chief Revenue Officer within the Leadership Team. The role focuses on high‑level administrative support, scheduling, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

You will coordinate meetings, travel, briefs, and communications, ensuring smooth operation of the executive office in a fast‑paced, global fintech environment.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience supporting C‑Level Executives.
  • Degree or training in business/secretarial fields.
  • Experience organizing meetings, budgeting, travel and hotel arrangements, and general office ops.
  • High‑performance goals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong proofreading.

Responsibilities

  • Triage, proofread, compose, and respond to routine correspondence for CPO and CRO.
  • Organise meetings and travel, including speaking notes and briefings.
  • Manage calendars, prioritise conflicts and schedule important internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events; handle registrations and room bookings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive issues.

Join us at IG – the future gets built here.**Job Description** We are looking for a seasoned professional to work closely with IG's CPO and CRO in a successful global organisation**Role Purpose** The Executive Assistant provides a range of support and administrative services to the CPO and CRO of the IG Leadership Team to promote efficient service delivery and effective management of the Executive office. The individual in this role is required to maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment in dealing with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures. **In This Role, You Will*** Triage, proofread, compose, and respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the CPO and CRO.* Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the CPO and CRO.* Prepare selective summaries and any follow-up actions for the CPO and CRO.* Schedule and manage the CPO and CRO’s calendars including prioritising and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals.* Organise and coordinate business travel and related requirements including travel authorisations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers and expense reports.* Provide support in arranging meetings, including collation of speaking notes and/or briefing notes and handling logistics, such as conference registrations and room reservations.* Coordinate, plan and organise small-to-large-scale meetings.* Perform general clerical duties and completion of forms on behalf of the CPO and CRO.* Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.**The Way We Work** We also think hard about our ways of working as a company.
