Job Description
  • Provide high-level diary and inbox management, ensuring the Dean's time is effectively prioritised.
  • Coordinate complex meetings, events, and travel arrangements, often involving senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Dean.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Dean's office, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the Dean in managing key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and following up on actions.
  • Liaise with academic and professional services teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with university policies.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and integrity.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident manner.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
