We’re supporting a newly scaled philanthropic foundation in appointing a full-time EA/Team Coordinator—someone exceptional, discreet, and energised by the opportunity to help build a high-performing team from day one.

This is a hands‑on, high‑trust role supporting a dynamic Executive Director and a small, mission‑driven team. The foundation backs bold ideas and brilliant individuals to help young people access the formative experiences that shape character, purpose and leadership.

You’ll be the operational backbone—managing diaries, travel, board coordination, office systems, and team logistics. You’ll also have scope to lead special projects aligned with your interests and the foundation’s priorities.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 5 +years’ experience in EA or admin roles
  • Is highly organised, tech confident, and quick‑thinking
  • Communicates with warmth, discretion and polish
  • Thrives in a small, purpose‑led team and enjoys being in‑office full‑time
  • Start‑up experience highly desirable
