A public sector organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO in Croydon. This full-time position involves managing the CEO's diary, handling communication, and coordinating travel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting C-suite executives and exceptional organizational skills. This is an office-based role with minimal hybrid working opportunities.
Predominantly based in our Croydon office, with travel to our Cannon Street, London as required.
£50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

Were looking for a highly organised, proactive, and collaborativeExecutive Assistant (EA) to join the CEO Office in a pivotal role supporting both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief of Staff. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of the organisation, ensuring time and priorities are managed effectively and aligned with strategic goals.
As the first point of contact for the CEO Office, youll embody a welcoming, high-performing, and solutions-focused environment. Youll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is primarily office-based, with an expectation of being on-site five days a week. While occasional hybrid working may be possible, it is not offered on a regular basis. The position will be based predominantly at our Croydon office, with travel to our Cannon Street location as required by the CEO and Chief of Staff.
