We’re seeking a professional EA to join a PE-backed talent business to support their CEO and Chief People Officer. This role is fully remote so you must be self motivated.
This position is ideal for an ambitious professional with EA experience who has exposure to HR operations and enjoys the variety of supporting multiple functions.

Overview
Role focused on executive support to the CEO, HR & People support to the CPSO, and marketing & events support in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Executive Support to CEO (40%)
- Manage the CEO's complex diary, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings with briefing materials, agendas, and relevant documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Process expense claims and maintain accurate records
- Draft, proofread, and format communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
- Liaise with Board members, investors, clients, and senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate Board meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, document circulation, and minute-taking
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
HR & People Support to CPSO (40%)
- Provide administrative support for HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Support with payroll and pensions processing and benefits renewals
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letter preparation
- Support performance review cycles in HiBob tracking completion
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and feedback collection
- Support confidential employee relations matters with discretion and sensitivity
- Support the implementation of HR programmes such as learning and development initiatives, DEI activities, and culture projects
- Coordinate internal communications related to people initiatives; maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation
Marketing & Events Support (20%)
- Support the Marketing team with planning and executing company events including conferences, client events, team gatherings, and webinars
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, catering, and audio-visual requirements
