~ 1 : 1 EA to Group CEO

~ Full time, permanent opportunity

~ 100% onsite in Trafford Park, Manchester

~ Salary up to £50,000 p.a.

~ Fashion Industry

We are currently seeking a pro-active, experienced EA to support the CEO of an exciting business portfolio which includes a fantastic UK fashion brand. This role will provide support to the CEO on a 1 : 1 basis, supporting with key EA duties including :

Strategic Diary & Inbox Management
  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar spanning multiple businesses, time zones, and international locations
  • Prepare the CEO with agendas, briefings, and context for all meetings and engagements
Global Travel & Logistics
  • Coordinate international travel across multiple regions and business lines, including flights, visas, accommodations, and high-level itineraries
  • Manage logistics for offsite meetings, board sessions, and investor engagements
Executive & Personal Support
  • Serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO in internal and external communications, attend meetings as needed, tracking key actions, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Draft, review, and manage sensitive documents, reports, and board-level presentations
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Help build and maintain trusted relationships across business and industry
  • Represent the Executive Office with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
Project Oversight
  • Drive select cross-functional or CEO-led initiatives from concept through execution
  • Support the CEO’s involvement in industry events and group-wide brand moments
Operational Excellence
  • Track and reconcile expenses; manage light finance administration for the Executive Office
  • Oversee VIP logistics, corporate gifting, and group-wide executive protocols
Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Navigate high-pressure and sensitive environments with absolute professionalism and confidentiality
  • Exercise sound judgement and emotional intelligence in all aspects of the role

In order to be considered, you need to have significant recent experience of supporting at C‑suite, ideally CEO level. You will ideally have an interest in fashion, and will be comfortable working in a fast paced and multifaceted role, supporting a highly entrepreneurial principal. You need to have a clear communication style, and excellent attention to detail. You will be happy to work fully onsite at their Trafford Park head office.
