Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, mission-driven environments? Our client is a dynamic organisation in the sustainable energy sector, who have built a workplace where your opinions and ideas matter. We're looking for a highly professional, dedicated, and passionate Executive Assistant to be a key partner to our leadership team, working closely alongside the CEO and C-suite, impacting greatly, on the day to day running of the business.


Your Role at a Glance:


As the Executive Assistant to CEO, you won't just manage calendars, you'll be a trusted advisor and operational key player. You'll provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to focus on driving our mission forward. Offering support to the wider team, based in London.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and senior leadership team

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings, and oversee travel logistics - dealing with multiple time zones

  • Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, reports, and presentations

  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and support project execution

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build, develop and maintain strong relationships

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive mindset

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent leadership with professionalism
