The role involves providing administrative support to the COO and managing project timelines to drive operational efficiency. Theyare now seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the business. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual eager to develop a strong foundation in operations, including HR and finance, administration and project coordination.
The successful candidate will support the COO in driving operational efficiency, coordinating with multiple departments, managing administrative workflows, and supporting key strategic and development projects. Over time, the role is designed to evolve into a multi-tasking operations professional / project manager / EA contributing to process improvement and business performance tracking.
