Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an Executive Co-Ordinator to join their busy interim team supporting four executives. A role at the center of the action, they’ll be client facing in a fast-paced environment!

About the Role:
  • Act as the primary support contact on live client projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery
  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Oversee complex diary and meeting management across multiple time zones for senior leaders and clients
  • Prepare, proofread, and format high-quality client-facing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying potential risks and escalating issues before they arose
  • Coordinate international travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation for executives
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of delivery
About You:
  • Experience in recruitment, professional services, or a consulting organisation is highly advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive, always staying one step ahead
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
