A leading private equity firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and discretion are key.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within finance or professional services
  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong MS Office skills and a high level of professionalism
Role Details:
  • 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
