Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee 6–8 live search projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless coordination from briefing to completion.
  • Manage client updates, candidate communication, and interview scheduling with precision and professionalism.
  • Produce polished documentation, presentations, and reports – superb written communication and attention to detail are vital.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between Partners, clients, and senior candidates, maintaining the highest standards of discretion.
