A community-focused organization in the West Midlands seeks an experienced Executive Assistant. This role involves supporting senior leaders, managing diaries, and high-level administrative duties. Salary: £38,539 per annum
Location: West Midlands
Permanent, Full Time vacancy
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking Executive Assistant team at Housing 21. You’ll be at the heart of supporting our senior leaders and Board members, helping shape a modern, agile executive support service.

You’ll provide high-level administrative and EA support to the Deputy Chief Executive and Directors, while also working closely with the Executive PA to deliver a proactive and efficient service to the Executive Team and Board. From managing diaries and meetings to preparing Board papers and handling sensitive correspondence, your role will be varied, impactful, and rewarding.
