Executive Assistant PA

Salary: £38,539 per annum

Location: West Midlands

Permanent, Full Time vacancy

The vacancy

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide high-level administrative and EA support to the Deputy Chief Executive and Directors, while also working closely with the Executive PA to deliver a proactive and efficient service to the Executive Team and Board. From managing diaries and meetings to preparing Board papers and handling sensitive correspondence, your role will be varied, impactful, and rewarding.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting Executive Directors and Boards
  • Confident minute-taking at Board level
  • Exceptional diary and travel management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential matters
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to Housing 21’s values
  • Regular travel to our Birmingham office is required, so you will need to be based within a reasonable commuting distance
