A major NHS teaching trust in Cowley is seeking an Executive Assistant to enhance the effectiveness of Chief Officers. You will manage diaries, draft correspondence, and ensure efficient office operations within a collaborative environment. This role is on a 12 month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, offering a chance to contribute to healthcare excellence.
As Executive Assistant, you hold a key role within the Chief Officers directorate. You will enhance the effectiveness of the Chief Officer through the provision of professional and comprehensive support. You will represent the Chief Officer to internal and external stakeholders and manage their business in a confidential, effective and efficient manner.
You must be proficient in managing a varied and demanding workload; be highly adaptable, a fluent communicator and team player with excellent computer skills.
In this role, you will also provide support to the Director of Finance through calendar management and coordination of meeting requests, along with undertaking other ad hoc duties as needed.
