We have an exciting opening for an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the General Counsel to join the Legal Team.

About the Role

Red Bull Technology Group is seeking a highly capable, hands on, office manager to join our Legal team. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of the legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Management
  • Act as a first point of contact for the legal team – welcoming visitors and directing queries to the relevant legal team member as appropriate
  • Schedule departmental meetings, external meetings, prepare agendas and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Diary management
  • Management of legal team mail
  • Coordinate team movements, WFH days, holiday roster and department cover
  • Manage office supplies
  • Management of team timesheets
  • Contact point for IT queries
  • Maintain legal team intranet page and ensure information is up to date
  • Organise team events
2. Executive Assistant to General Counsel
  • Arrange travel of GC to and from races complete with travel itinerary pack
  • Arrange all other business trips
  • Diary management
  • Meeting management
3. Corporate Housekeeping
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, reports and briefing documents
  • Taking and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Physical and digital filing
  • Ensuring folder structures are correct and naming conventions are consistent
  • Assist in Corporate HQ sign off process for high value matters
  • Becoming a trusted and go-to member of the legal team and wider business
About You
Experience & Skills
  • Experience as a sole departmental / office manager
  • ’Front of house’ experience essential
  • Law firm experience is desirable but not a necessity
  • Experience in working in a highly confidential field
  • Can demonstrate examples of working independently, taking on responsibility and seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • Commercial acumen essential.
