Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our agency CEO.

You’ll be the CEO’s right hand, keeping them focused on what matters most, managing a fast-moving schedule, and driving clarity across the leadership team. You’ll also play a key role supporting the CEO with industry events and external engagements, giving you exposure to high-profile initiatives across the agency and industry.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to manage priorities, calendars, and key projects.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and communications to ensure the CEO is always informed and ready.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events with precision, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Support leadership team meetings, off-sites, and client or industry events, capturing actions and following up.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact internally and externally, representing the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
