A prominent charitable organization in Westminster is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the chief engagement officer and engage in a £50 million campaign. This role requires a proactive individual with experience supporting senior leaders, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently. As part of a large, newly aligned and dynamic engagement directorate, you will support the chief engagement officer (CengO) and engagement directors' key priorities during a formative time for the charity, delivering to our bold new strategy and income and awareness growth.
You will provide exceptional stakeholder management support for the CengO and wider team, launching and progressing the £50m campaign and campaign board.
Pro‑active and perceptive individual with experience of executive assistant support for director or chief level, high attention to detail, ability to work independently at pace and communicate well across teams at all levels.
You’ll quickly and effectively build key relationships internally and follow up to best support the CengO, director team and their priorities.
