Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly polished Executive Assistant to join the expanding London office of a global investment firm with a world-class reputation. This is a newly created role supporting the International Head of Division within the Capital Markets team - a high‑profile, fast‑paced area of the business that is central to the firm's growth in Europe.

This is a brilliant time to join - the firm is established internationally yet still building momentum in London, offering the best of both worlds: the prestige of a global name and the energy of a growing team. You'll be working alongside outstanding professionals in an environment that values excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

The Role

You'll act as a true right hand - providing seamless support across a wide range of executive, organisational, and project‑based tasks. You'll manage complex, ever‑changing schedules across multiple time zones, coordinate international travel, prepare meeting materials, and handle client interactions with absolute discretion. You'll also assist in maintaining investor data and supporting wider team initiatives, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Global travel coordination and logistics
  • Preparing and tracking client communications, meeting materials, and reports
  • Managing expense submissions and approvals
  • Supporting team projects, events, and initiatives
  • Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to team efficiency and fostering a positive, collaborative environment
About You

You’ll be a bright, proactive, and highly organised EA with experience in a similar fast‑paced, professional environment—ideally within investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting. You thrive on responsibility, anticipate needs before they arise, and take pride in delivering work of the highest standard. Calm under pressure and naturally discreet, you bring warmth, polish, and professionalism to everything you do.

Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a high‑performance environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Resilient, solutions‑focused, and adaptable
  • Advanced MS Office skills; Salesforce experience a plus
  • Confident managing international schedules and priorities
  • A genuine team player with a “no task too big or small” approach
The Details
  • London‑based (Soho), hybrid (1 day WFH)
  • Hours: 9am – 6pm (flexibility required)
  • Exceptional culture and benefits package
  • Fantastic long‑term growth opportunities as the London team expands

This is a superb opportunity for a driven, ambitious Executive Assistant who wants to grow with a world‑class global firm and play a pivotal role in their London success story.
