Executive Assistant – Weybridge & London
£100k permanent, full time. On behalf of our private HNW client, we are seeking an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and highly discreet Executive Assistant to support the female Principal across her business and personal affairs.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm with flexibility required to meet the demands of the role (to support time zone differences, travel, and urgent matters). Must be willing and able to work between Weybridge & London.
General Responsibilities
- Diary & Email Management
- Managing a dynamic, ever-changing schedule and travel calendar
- Prioritising correspondence and drafting thoughtful, accurate responses
- Business Profile Support
- Managing the Principal’s digital and professional platforms, including LinkedIn
- Project & Asset Management
- Overseeing personal and creative projects such as digital and printed photo archiving
- Liaising with vendors, agencies, and collaborators
- Lifestyle & Personal Affairs
- Assist with health & wellbeing goal planning, including scheduling health checks, fitness programmes, and nutrition consultations.
- Manage global wardrobe organisation – including seasonal changeovers, item tracking, tailoring, and coordination with house staff in multiple countries
- Coordinate personal purchases, gifting, and special occasion arrangements.
- Travel Coordination
- Organising complex itineraries and travel documents for business and personal trips
- Preparing travel briefs and ensuring seamless execution
- Administration & Support
- Handling meeting preparation, minutes, follow‑ups, budgets, and expenses
- Maintaining highly confidential records
- Research tasks to support decision-making across both business and personal matters
- Manage expense claims, budgets, and invoices related to both business and personal activities

Experience
- Prior experience supporting a high‑net‑worth individual or senior executive in both business and personal matters
- Demonstrable track record of managing complex diaries, global travel, and varied projects simultaneously
- Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
Remuneration & Start Date
Salary: £100k gross DOE. Start date: As soon as possible.
