Job description

An extremely exciting role as an Executive Assistant for a global leading company with a customer-centred approach to provide administrative support to Senior Executives and their teams. You will be establishing relationships with international offices and building strong connections with EAs across the business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Diary and inbox management - coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Provide general correspondence, invoice management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, maintain office software and filing and prepare board room for meetings.
  • Act as first point of contact for the allocated teams, taking responsibility for handling key project business meetings within UK and managing team engagement and communication into the leadership team.
  • Planning and organisation of onsite and offsite meetings within UK, whilst managing team engagement and communication into the leadership team.
Candidate profile:
  • Experience in an EA role supporting senior leaders
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, and overall IT capabilities
  • Discretion due to confidential and commercially sensitive data handling
  • Dedicated, organised and collaborative to achieve results under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers, teams and partners
