A leading executive search consultancy in London seeks a highly organized Executive Assistant. The role, primarily remote, requires outstanding communication skills and experience in recruitment or executive search. Responsibilities include diary management, client relations, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive and discreet, with a hands-on approach. This position offers competitive salary and benefits.
Location – 4 days remote, one day a week in Central London
Salary – £50,000 per annum plus great benefits
Please note, due to the founders travel schedule over the next month, the interviews will most likely take place in December.
Join a highly regarded Executive Search Consultancy in a fast paced role as an Executive Assistant to support the founders. They need an Executive Assistant with a hands on attitude and an extremely professional approach with outstanding communication skills. You will be liaising with CEO's of Private Equity companies around the world, both on the phone and via email.
The company have offices in London however, this role is 80% remote, a really rare opportunity. They have some key clients in the US so there will be some occasional evenings where you'll need to work.
The founders are looking for someone with previous experience as an Executive Assistant within recruitment or executive search. There will be plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the company are on a successful growth journey.
