Responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Business Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chairman, managing a busy calendar and scheduling all appointments.
  • Handle printing, preparation, and collation of business-critical documents and reports.
  • Manage and reconcile expenses accurately, keeping meticulous financial records.
  • Research and book business networking events, conferences, and tickets.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all correspondence and communications.
  • Uphold the strictest confidentiality at all times across all matters.
Personal Assistance
  • Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc errands.
  • Liaise with property letting companies regarding payments and administrative matters.
  • Provide support with household administration when required.
  • Conduct occasional home visits within the local GL2 area to provide direct support.
