Have you been an Executive Assistant in a Private Equity Firm and are now looking to work in a busy dynamic Firm?

This opportunity could be just for you.

This firm is seeking a motivated EA to join a highly functioning team for their London office.

You will be taking on a multifaceted role that encompasses a wide coverage for the Investment Team based in London with global exposure across the Firm in the US/EU and EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • A high volume of diary management, including copious meetings across multiple timezones
  • Booking global and domestic travel itineraries including flights, hotels etc
  • Processing all expenses in a timely fashion using Concur
  • Preparing documents and meeting materials
  • General admin support across arranging meeting rooms etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience gained from Private Equity or Investment Firm
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
