A leading clean energy startup is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to optimize executive workflows and deliver customer support during peak billing periods. This fully remote position requires 2+ years of experience in executive support and customer service, along with proficiency in Google Workspace. This hybrid role requires adaptability—you’ll manage executive schedules and communications most of the time, and step into a customer‑facing support function during high‑volume cycles.
