This role suits someone who is unflappable, solutions‑oriented and naturally two steps ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive and proactive diary management for senior leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Full inbox oversight: acting as a trusted gatekeeper, flagging priorities and managing communications.
  • International travel booking and full itinerary preparation.
  • Ensuring smooth and well‑executed quarterly board meetings
  • Supporting with internal and external events - leadership meetings, training, away days and team celebrations.
  • Managing holiday and absence tracking for the management team, maintaining key administrative spreadsheets.
  • Preparing and submitting expenses on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Handling budgets, invoicing, POs and goods receipting via Oracle.
  • Overseeing facilities management and ensuring the office remains fully stocked and running smoothly.

This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised EA who enjoys variety, responsibility and building strong relationships at senior level. You'll join a collaborative, friendly team based near Victoria, with the chance to secure a long‑term role in a dynamic environment.
