A leading beverage company in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level confidential support to the Executive team and manage the new office operations. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, autonomy, and professionalism. Contract and working pattern: Permanent 37.5 hours, 5 days on site

As an Executive Assistant at AG Barr you will play a pivotal role in providing high‑level confidential administrative support to the Executive team.
You will also support the office management of our new London office acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a first‑class experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking ability, working at pace and exceptional organisational skills. It also must demonstrate a positive attitude and high degree of professionalism acting on behalf of the Executive Committee.
Due to the office management aspect of this role there is a requirement to be on site full time.
This role requires a highly experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager who can thrive in a fast‑paced high‑pressure environment and support senior leadership.
