A regional health service provider in Launceston is seeking two organized Executive Assistants to support senior management. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency, and effective communication abilities. The role offers a salary range of $73,811 to $79,779 per annum with additional benefits including professional development and fitness access.
Hospitals North is responsible for a broad range of healthcare services delivered within the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) and through eight regional Primary Health sites.
The LGH is Tasmania’s second largest hospital and the major referral centre for Northern Tasmania. Providing inpatient and ambulatory services to Launceston and surrounding areas. The LGH also delivers extensive outpatient and ambulatory services for the local community. Hospitals North is the largest employer in the region with approximately 3,800 staff. All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.
We are looking for two dynamic, organised and professional Executive Assistants to provide high level executive and secretarial support to the Chief Executive, Hospitals North and to the Executive Director, Operations and Performance, Hospitals North through the provision of a diverse range of administrative tasks and activities to ensure efficient and professional administrative and executive operations.

Multiple Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
