A leading energy provider in the UK is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity cover to support the Co-Founder & CFO. This role involves extensive executive support, calendar management, and facilitating communication across teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, are exceptionally organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join us for a 12-month maternity cover, supporting Stuart Jackson, our Co-Founder & CFO and another member of the exec team.
This role is perfect for an experienced Executive assistant; naturally organised, quick thinking and loves being that dependable right-hand person who keeps everything (and everyone!) on track. You’ll spend most of your time in our London office (around 4 days a week) with the flexibility to work from home when needed.
Given how fast things move here, there’s the possibility that this could evolve into a permanent role in the future - but we can’t promise that just yet!
Our process usually takes up to 4 weeks, but we’ll always do our best to flex around what works for you.
