Department Overview
Nomura\'s Chief Transformation Office is a department focused on driving change and delivering projects across the Nomura Group, particularly within the wholesale banking functions. This office provides project management and business analysis support, working closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of global and cross-functional initiatives. The CTO also establishes governance and oversight, maintaining impartiality while working with various stakeholders and technology partners.
