A leading waste management organization in Bristol is seeking an Executive Assistant for maternity cover. This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support to the Executive team including the Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing diaries, preparing meeting documents, and liaising with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, discretion handling sensitive information, and experience in governance roles. The position offers a competitive salary and a flexible working model.
43367.34 per annum (pro‑rata)
37.5 per week Monday – Friday
Albert Road, Bristol with some flexibility to work from home.
Executive Assistant (10‑month FTC starting 3rd November 2025)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover for a key member of our senior support team. This role is essential in ensuring continuity of high‑level administrative and governance support to our Executive team and senior leadership including the Managing Director. You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
