Overview

Executive Assistant to an Independent Financial Adviser. Part-time, 22.5 hours per week. Location: Worcester. The role supports 1:1 with the Adviser and helps deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 support to the Adviser
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting preparation
  • Prepare and organise client files and documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, building positive relationships
  • Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements
  • Liaise with providers and clients to progress cases smoothly
About you
  • Experienced PA/EA or senior administrator (financial services background desirable)
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities
  • Strong communicator, professional but personable
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
  • Discreet, dependable, and able to work independently
