This is a 6-month fixed-term contract offering a varied, fast-paced role within a professional, forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating board meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the executive office. The role requires someone who is proactive, discreet, and confident in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing seamless EA support to the Chief Executive and Chief of Staff.

  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes for Board meetings.
  • Coordinating logistics for executive and board meetings, both in person and virtual.
  • Managing executive credit cards, expenses, and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as a key liaison point across the senior leadership team and wider business.
About You

You’ll bring a proven track record of supporting C-suite or board-level executives, ideally within complex organisations undergoing change. The successful candidate will be adaptable, highly organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced (minimum 2–5 years supporting a CEO, MD, or equivalent).
  • Proactive, efficient, and unflappable under pressure.
  • Discreet and capable of managing highly confidential information (NDA required).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional yet approachable - someone who brings both polish and personality.
Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid role: mainly home-based with travel to the Watford office as needed.
  • On-site once a month for executive meetings and once a quarter for in-person Board meetings.
Interview Process
  • One-stage interview

This is an excellent interim opportunity for a high-calibre EA who enjoys working in a collaborative, evolving environment and can hit the ground running.
