Our client, a fast-growing international company are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our senior management team - mainly 2 Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, international environment where attention to detail and initiative are highly valued. This role would be a lot more than diary/travel etc - project work will be 'part of' and client offers an exciting future.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Executive support for two Partners in Europe
  • Managing complex diaries & anticipating scheduling priorities
  • Coordinating communications & follow-ups with senior stakeholders
  • Supporting tender processes and preparing client contracts
  • Assisting with consultant onboarding and client project administration
  • Helping drive planning, staffing, revenue tracking, and invoicing
  • Collaborating with HR and other internal departments
  • Organising company events, offsites, and ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Personal, Team, or Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a structured, methodical approach
  • Energetic, self-driven, and solutions-focused
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, with confidence working with figures & spreadsheets
  • Fluent in English and German
