We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and confident Senior Executive Assistant to support 3 senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the executive—ensuring maximum productivity, enabling strategic priorities, and managing critical communications and relationships with poise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritising meetings and anticipating needs in advance.
- Coordinate all internal and external meetings, board sessions, investor briefings, and off-site engagements.
- Prepare detailed daily briefings, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups.
- Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft high-quality communications, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up on all incoming issues and queries.
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Track key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities; ensure alignment with quarterly goals and strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with chiefs of staff, departmental heads, and support functions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Manage Expenses comprehensively
- Travel & Logistics
- Organise complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and briefing packs.
- Anticipate issues and prepare contingency plans for smooth travel experiences.
- Project & Event Coordination
- Support special projects, leadership offsites, and executive town halls from conception to delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and executive time leverage.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in high-performance environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Gravitas and confidence to engage with board members, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, anticipatory, and able to stay two steps ahead at all times.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and skilled at navigating ambiguity.
- Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and modern collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Notion).
- Comfortable with digital scheduling, expense tools, CRM/ERP systems, and productivity dashboards.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a senior EA or Chief of Staff support role.
