As the Executive Assistant, you will be proactive, organised, and a highly efficient professional, capable of navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of our business. You will excel at managing and prioritising complicated schedules, managing projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and being available for on-call assistance outside of regular business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise a complex schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate and proactively address needs, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Support project management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and follow-up to ensure milestones are achieved.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in an executive assistant role.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Trello).
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
