As the Executive Assistant, you will be proactive, organised, and a highly efficient professional, capable of navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of our business. You will excel at managing and prioritising complicated schedules, managing projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and being available for on-call assistance outside of regular business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritise a complex schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate and proactively address needs, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Support project management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects.
  • Assist in project planning, documentation, and follow-up to ensure milestones are achieved.
