Job summary

A renowned shipping company in Southall seeks an Executive Assistant for the President’s Office. This role involves managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and providing comprehensive support to the President. The successful candidate will have excellent English skills, at least 5 years of EA/PA experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates will also possess knowledge of Italian. Qualifications

Job description

The Executive Assistant - President's Office works alongside and guarantees full assistance to the President at all times. The successful candidate will support the President to effectively manage his agenda, assisting with travel arrangements, organising and coordinating meetings while carrying out assigned projects/tasks.

Your Impact
  • Arranges travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally travels with the President to provide general assistance
  • Organises and maintains the President's diary
  • Deals with incoming post, occasionally with emails on behalf of the President
  • Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organises and attends meetings/events on behalf of or with the President
  • Carries out specific projects and researches
  • Prioritises important tasks and deadlines for completion by the President
  • Performs line manager duties on behalf of the President (authorisations, expenses, etc.)
  • Meets and greets visitors at all levels of seniority
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Italian is also highly desired
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • 5-year minimum EA/PA experience required, with an understanding of cruise/shipping industry desirable but not essential
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Adaptability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment
  • Flexibility with a positive attitude
  • Discretion, trustworthiness and ability to multitask
