As a Executive Assistant, you will be expected to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to subunit head and Global Client Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. You should manage diary schedules, communications, travel, meetings, documentation, and priorities with professionalism and strict confidentiality. This role requires proactive planning and the ability to handle sensitive information and shifting demands.
