Role: Personal Assistant

Location: North Manchester

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

The Role

This is a varied and fast‑paced role supporting the Managing Director in all aspects of their day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of both business and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including proactive diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling all correspondence professionally.
  • Draft, format, and proofread confidential documents to a high standard.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Arrange complex travel and accommodation for the Managing Director and senior team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Oversee office organisation, including office supplies and workspace management.
  • Support on ad‑hoc projects and assist in planning internal events and conferences.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset.
