Access Education Group is seeking a confident and capable Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth and professional running of our central office. This is a varied and impactful role that combines office coordination, governance support, and high-level Executive Assistant duties, helping to create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, partners, and visitors alike.
As Executive Assistant you’ll be the go‑to person for all things administrative, facilities, and operational. You’ll work at the heart of our organisation—managing internal systems, coordinating office logistics, and supporting key governance functions to ensure we remain compliant, effective, and aligned with our quality standards.
You’ll also act as Executive Assistant to our senior leadership team (including the CEO and CFO), managing calendars, meetings, and confidential tasks with professionalism and discretion.
