About The Role

As Executive Assistant you’ll be the go‑to person for all things administrative, facilities, and operational. You’ll work at the heart of our organisation—managing internal systems, coordinating office logistics, and supporting key governance functions to ensure we remain compliant, effective, and aligned with our quality standards.

You’ll also act as Executive Assistant to our senior leadership team (including the CEO and CFO), managing calendars, meetings, and confidential tasks with professionalism and discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

What do we offer?
  • Generous Holiday Allocation
  • Wellbeing Benefits: Health Cash Plan, Doctorline GP Service, Employee Assistance Programme, Access to Counselling and Cycle to Work
  • Staff Discounts & Benefits: access to Accolade, our benefits platform, which offers discounts at over 800 retailers!
  • Paid Leave: Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Sick pay.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, supplies, facilities and communications.
  • Provide a professional front‑of‑house service and be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
  • Support board and governance activities - including scheduling, minute‑taking, and document tracking.
  • Maintain accurate governance records (e.g. meeting minutes, risk registers, policy logs).
  • Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and other quality assurance processes.
  • Deliver high‑quality executive support, including diary management, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to support key projects and events.
  • Ensure policy reviews, updates, and compliance tracking are up to date and accessible.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in office management or senior administration roles
  • Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting leadership teams
  • Familiarity with governance processes, formal record‑keeping, and meeting coordination
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, audits)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Highly organised, reliable, and adaptable under pressure
