About Our Client

My client is a well known entertainment business that are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to CEO and board directors to work at their Leicester branch.

Job Description

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and board
  • Diary management for the CEO and board directors
  • Arranging events for the organisation
  • Supporting the CEO with project tracking, follow-up on key initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Experience working in the hospitality or entertainment industry is ideal but not essential
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Highly organised
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-performance environment
  • Requires integrity, ambition, and strong personal/professional standards
  • Can commute to Leicester Monday to Friday
