A brand new position exists for an Executive Assistant to join an established and progressive Property and Development company based in Leeds.

Our client is a dynamic business that, due to continued success and growth, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and well‑organised Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Requirements
  • 5 years + in a similar role (Executive Assistant / PA)
  • Educated to A‑level or equivalent
  • Degree or NVQ desirable
Technical Skills and Experience
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of managing and maintaining database systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise minutes and reports
  • Experience of working within a small team and/or prioritising own workload
  • Excellent time keeping, reliability, and personal organisation skills
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
  • Consistently positive attitude with the ability to create a strong first impression for office visitors
